Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of your order’s delivery date.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging.
- You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@slickinterior.com with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product (such as a different size or color of sofa cover), please return the original item and place a new order.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return without tracking.
Non-returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:
- Used, washed, or installed sofa covers and home textiles
- Items not in their original condition or packaging
- Final sale or clearance items
